Chat-n-Chew is LVE's beloved book club for kids! A voluntary program for students in 2nd through 5th grades, Chat-n-Chew hosts grade-level small groups for students to meet with an adult volunteer five times a year to share good children's literature. We have a great time discussing books and playing a few games related to the book during our lunchtime meeting.
Books are chosen with every reading level in mind and many titles are available for checkout from the LVE library. Papa John's pizza and Capri Suns are provided for all groups on Chat-n-Chew days. Questions? Please contact Committee Chairs, Brenda Graham or Shauna Miller.
